—What if there is a problem with my order?
With our extensive inspection of your instrument, this is highly unlikely. We have no set policy except to do the right thing.
—What if I receive a defective product?
In rare cases it’s possible that a product has a manufacturing defect. If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact us @ 818-249-0993. If we determine that the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of the purchase we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace the unit for you. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation, show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number.
—What if I am not satisfied with my purchase of a new instrument?
This is sometimes a difficult resolve. We do not believe in reselling recirculated merchandise as new. That would be unfair to the customer. We guarantee that each instrument meets the manufactures specifications. We will carefully select a good instrument but can not be responsible for personal tastes.
We offer free shipping on orders over $200.00 to the continental United States. Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this moment.
